On the morning of October 7, 2026, IDICO-URBIZ, a member company of IDICO Corporation JSC, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Factory and Office Building under the IDICO – Nhon Trach 1 Ready-Built Factory Project – CN6 RBF, located at IDICO Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park (IP), Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City.
The project will add ready-built factory space to one of Dong Nai’s key industrial areas, while providing businesses with additional options for production and office facilities.
A READY-BUILT FACTORY ON A SITE OF OVER 2.1 HECTARES
The CN6 RBF is a Grade II industrial facility developed on a total site area of 21,678 sqm, equivalent to approximately 2.17 hectares, with an estimated construction value of more than VND 111 billion. The project comprises factory buildings, office facilities, auxiliary structures, and integrated technical infrastructure.
The main factory covers a built-up area of 12,960 sqm and is designed as a single-story facility with a height of more than 12 meters, featuring a steel frame and truss structure, metal roofing on steel purlins, and a reinforced concrete floor.
The project also includes two office blocks, auxiliary facilities, and supporting infrastructure such as internal roads, power and water supply systems, drainage, fire protection, electrical substations, backup generators, a pump house, and water tanks.
According to the design documents, the project will incorporate rooftop solar power, together with integrated power and water systems designed to improve energy and resource efficiency during operation.
TARGETING 1 MILLION SQM OF READY-BUILT FACTORIES AND WAREHOUSES BY 2030
