THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL PARK INVESTMENT CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED

IDICO formerly originated as a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, with its core business focused on industrial park development and expanding investments in urban areas, economic zones, residential areas, transportation, irrigation, hydroelectricity, industrial production, and housing development.

After 6 years of operation, IDICO Corporation decided to change its development strategy and shift its operations to a holding-subsidiary company model.

CONVERSION OF BUSINESS TYPE AND CONTINUOUS ACHIEVEMENTS

The IDICO corporation was converted to a one-member limited liability company. IDICO was honored to receive the Second Class Labor Medal, the income of 3,000 employees doubled.

IDICO officially began operating as a joint-stock company and changed its name to IDICO Corporation - JSC on May 10, 2018. IDICO has been constantly conserving, innovating & developing businesses, affirming its position in the domestic and international markets.
