On September 29, 2026, at the 6th Vietnam Industrial Property Forum – VIPF 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, IDICO Corporation JSC (IDICO) was honored with the award “For distinguished contributions to Vietnam's industrial Property sectors 2026.”

As part of the “Green Future Awards 2026”, the award recognizes businesses and organizations for their contributions to the development of Vietnam’s industrial property sectors. For IDICO, this recognition marks an important milestone in its more than 25-year journey of developing industrial infrastructure and contributing to the country’s industrialization.

MORE THAN 25 YEARS CONTRIBUTING TO VIETNAM’S INDUSTRIALIZATION

IDICO was established in 2000, during a period when Vietnam was accelerating industrialization and modernization while expanding domestic and international investment. Since its early years, the development of industrial parks and infrastructure supporting production has been one of IDICO’s core areas of business.

Through its early industrial park projects, IDICO gradually built up expertise in the planning, investment, construction and operation of industrial infrastructure, creating a foundation for businesses to invest, manufacture and expand their operations in Vietnam.

IDICO Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park in Dong Nai is one of the important milestones in the Company’s development of industrial park infrastructure. Building on this foundation, IDICO has gradually expanded its presence across key economic regions, contributing to the development of production space, investment attraction, and employment opportunities in local communities.

IDICO’s development journey has also evolved alongside changes in Vietnam’s economy - from the formation and expansion of industrial parks to the growing inflow of FDI, deeper participation in global supply chains, and increasing requirements for infrastructure, energy, services and operational efficiency.

FROM INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT TO INDUSTRIAL ECOSYSTEM

Today, IDICO is developing 14 industrial parks with a total area of more than 4,500 hectares, with a presence across key economic regions in northern and southern Vietnam. Its industrial park portfolio has attracted more than US$9 billion in investment and created employment for more than 120,000 workers, contributing to production, business activity, and local economic development.

As the market continues to evolve, IDICO has gradually broadened its approach to industrial park development. An industrial park is no longer simply a land bank and technical infrastructure; it increasingly needs to be developed as an integrated environment that supports businesses throughout their investment and operational lifecycle.

IDICO continues to develop its ecosystem around four core areas: Industrial Real Estate, Energy, Industrial Park Services, and Housing & Urban Development. Within industrial real estate, the Company is expanding its offering to include ready-built factories and warehouses. Combined with energy solutions, industrial park services and housing for experts and workers, these offerings are designed to better meet the diverse needs of investors and the industrial workforce.
