IDICO Corporation – JSC (IDICO) has been recognized in PRIVATE 100 – Vietnam’s Top 100 Largest Taxpayers 2026, ranking among the Top 10 private real estate companies with the highest state budget contributions. Based on actual contributions in 2025, IDICO contributed VND 1,497 billion to the state budget.
This recognition reflects IDICO’s continued contribution to the state budget alongside the growth of its business operations, particularly in industrial park infrastructure investment and development.
Key Highlights in 2025
The contribution to the state budget was one of IDICO’s notable achievements in 2025, a year in which the Company maintained positive momentum in its business performance.
In 2025, IDICO recorded VND 9,008 billion in consolidated revenue, achieving 101% of its annual plan, while profit before tax reached VND 2,918 billion, equivalent to 112% of the annual plan. These results provide a solid foundation for IDICO to further expand its investment activities, strengthen its industrial ecosystem development capabilities, and make greater contributions to the economy.
Building a Sustainable and Harmonized Industrial Ecosystem
IDICO currently manages and develops a total industrial land portfolio of more than 4,500 ha, with over 14 industrial parks across Vietnam, attracting more than USD 9 billion in investment from over 400 domestic and international enterprises.
Alongside the effective development of its existing industrial parks, IDICO continues to expand its land portfolio and develop new projects, including IDICO Vinh Quang Eco-Industrial Park in Hai Phong, IDICO Tan Phuoc 1 Industrial Park in Dong Thap, and IDICO My Xuan B1 Expansion Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City. These projects further strengthen IDICO’s presence in areas with strong industrial development potential while providing a foundation for the Company’s growth strategy in 2026–2027.
