IDICO ANNOUNCES 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

IDICO Corporation – JSC officially announces its 2025 Annual Report, providing a comprehensive overview of business performance, financial position, and strategic direction for the upcoming period.

Strong Business Performance, Solid Financial Foundation

In 2025, IDICO recorded positive results:

  • Total revenue: VND 9,008 billion (101% of plan)  

  • Profit before tax: VND 2,918 billion (112% of plan)  

  • Market capitalization: VND 13,814 billion  

These financial indicators continued to improve, reflecting effective management and stable operational capabilities despite market fluctuations.

Industrial Parks (IP) Remained as the Core Growth Driver

The industrial real estate segment continued to play a leading role, with:

  • 76 hectares of newly leased industrial land in 2025  

  • Total newly expanded land bank of approximately 1,222 hectares  

  • Healthy occupancy rates maintained across key IPs  

IDICO continues to attract selective FDI projects, prioritizing high-tech and environmentally friendly enterprises. At the same time, the Company is accelerating the development of key projects such as IDICO Vinh Quang Eco-Industrial Park, IDICO Tan Phuoc 1, IDICO My Xuan B1 Expansion, and IDICO Phu Long IPs, to capture the next wave of investment.

Developing a Harmonized Industrial Ecosystem for Sustainable Value

Alongside IP infrastructure, IDICO is gradually building a harmonized industrial ecosystem, enhancing value for investors through key product and service segments:

  1. Industrial Real Estate – Ready-built factories and warehouses

  • 70,213 sqm of ready-built factories and warehouses delivered and fully occupied  

  • Strategic focus on expanding this segment, targeting 1 million sqm within the next 3–5 years  

  1. Energy and Industrial Services

  • Power generation output: 558 million kWh  

  • Power distribution volume: 1,679 million kWh  

  • Approximately 12 million cubic meters of wastewater treated  

  1. Residential and urban development projects with a total scale of over 95 hectares under development  

These factors enable IDICO to balance growth with stable cash flows, by combining revenues from industrial real estate with stable long-term income streams from energy, BOT, housing, and IP services.

Advancing ESG and Eco-Industrial Park Development

In 2025, IDICO continued its sustainability efforts:

  • ~4,755 tons of CO₂ emissions reduced, contributing to minimize environmental impact and improving energy efficiency  

  • 13.2 MWp rooftop solar capacity, ~7,214 MWh output, increasing the share of renewable energy in operations  

  • ~12 million cubic meters of wastewater treated, ensuring environmental compliance and sustainable industrial ecosystems  

  • Worker housing (~47 ha near IDICO Huu Thanh IP) and social housing (~1,200 units near IDICO My Xuan B1 IP), as part of IDICO industrial ecosystem, aimed at improving living conditions and stabilizing the industrial workforce  

IDICO continues to optimize resource utilization, promote renewable energy adoption, and develop integrated social infrastructure, moving towards an eco-industrial park model that meets increasingly stringent ESG requirements from FDI enterprises and global supply chains.

2026 Outlook and Strategy: Breakthrough and Creating Real Value

Entering 2026, IDICO targets consolidated revenue of VND 9,474 billion and profit before tax of VND 2,903 billion. Total investment is expected to reach VND 7,742 billion, reflecting a strong push to expand and complete its industrial ecosystem.

Key investment focuses include:

  1. IP infrastructure – Core growth foundation 
    Accelerating land clearance and infrastructure development to expand ready-to-lease land and capture new investment flows.

  2. Ready-built factories and warehouses – New growth driver 
    Expanding supply to meet rapid market entry needs while optimizing land use efficiency and diversifying revenue streams.

  3. Energy and technical infrastructure – Ensuring operational stability 
    Further investing in energy systems and infrastructure while promoting renewable energy aligned with green growth.

  4. Residential and urban development – Completing the industrial ecosystem 
    Planned disbursement of approximately VND 1,177 billion for residential and commercial projects, including worker housing in Nhon Trach and social housing in My Xuan B1. In parallel, IDICO is studying satellite urban developments to realize the “industrial park integrated with residential and services” model, enhancing investment attractiveness and long-term value.

With this direction, IDICO continues to affirm its position as the developer of harmonized and sustainable industrial ecosystem in Vietnam, accompanying investors and businesses in their long-term growth journey.
