A shared destination, yet each journey brought its own unique experiences and memorable moments.
From 7 to 27 July 2026, IDICO Corporation – JSC organized Company Trip 2026, taking employees on a journey to Chongqing and Beijing, China. Conducted throughout the month, the annual program reflects the Corporation's commitment to employee well-being while providing an opportunity for participants to recharge, strengthen team bonds, and reconnect after months of dedicated work.
Each city offered its own distinctive character. Chongqing impressed participants with its vibrant urban landscape and the unique charm of its renowned "8D City", while Beijing left a lasting impression through its rich cultural heritage and centuries-old historical landmarks. Yet what made Company Trip 2026 truly memorable was not only the destinations themselves, but also the shared experiences that brought colleagues closer together.
It was the conversations that continued beyond office hours, the meals shared around the same table, the excitement of discovering new places together, and the laughter that accompanied every step of the journey. Colleagues who were once connected mainly through meetings, daily tasks, or emails had the opportunity to get to know one another in an entirely different setting. These simple yet meaningful moments strengthened mutual understanding, fostered closer collaboration across teams, and reinforced the spirit of togetherness that defines the IDICO family.
At IDICO, caring for employees extends beyond policies and a positive working environment.
