SUNTORY PEPSICO COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF ASIA PACIFIC'S LARGEST MANUFACTURING PLANT IN IDICO HUU THANH INDUSTRIAL PARK

On April 8, 2024, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the factory producing beverages, pure water, and milk... at IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Duc Hoa district, Long An province. The event marks an important step in Suntory PepsiCo's business expansion, economic development, and long-term social benefits. At the same time, the project promises to meet the strict needs of the market, contributing to the value-added chain for the country's beverage industry.

Suntory PepsiCo's factory was built on an area of 20ha, with a total investment of 186 million USD (about 4,430 billion VND) in IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park, after Suntory PepsiCo selected 29 other industrial parks to compare and decide on investment.

IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park with an area of 524.14ha is one of 10 industrial parks in Vietnam invested and developed by IDICO Corporation. In Long An province, IDICO Huu Thanh Industrial Park is considered an industrial park with a favorable geographical location to connect with Ho Chi Minh City - the largest and most dynamic consumer market in Vietnam as well as a bridge with the Mekong Delta provinces.
